Conference Overview

Oregon AWHONN’s Fall Conference provides evidence-based, clinically relevant education specific to Obstetrics, Newborn Care, and Women’s Health.

Conference objectives are to:

  • Recognize personal strengths to be a leader in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Implement evidence-based solutions in all practice settings.
  • Develop professional strategies to improve outcomes for women, newborns, and nursing.

Continuing Education Units

Up to 14 CEUs will be available during the conference. Here's the breakdown by day:

  • Sunday: 3.0 CEUs
  • Monday: 6.5 CEUs
  • Tuesday: 4.5 CEUs

Speaker Handouts

A link to speaker presentation handouts will be emailed to all registered attendees September 10, 2018 and updated as received before, during, or after the conference. Handouts will only be available to attendees. Handouts will be available for 60 days after the end of conference. An email about the availability of speaker handouts will be sent to the email address provided on your registration form. Please ensure that it is legible and free of errors. If you do not receive the email, please contact us a [email protected].

Poster Presentations

Topics should relate to women's health, obstetric and/or neonatal nursing practice, education or administration and should complement the 2018 conference goals. Information and poster criteria are at oregonawhonn.org/posters.
